For the best chance at a floating bath bomb you should gently lower it into still bath water. Even the best laid plans can still fall through, and the same goes for these creations! Floating and spinning bath bombs are not guaranteed, so if your bath bomb sinks, simply hold it at the surface of the water and watch the colors stream out that way!
